Declaration Book Cover

The Declaration of the Principles of Biblical Interpretation for the Closing Days of the Age sets forth a comprehensive system of theologically- and Biblically-derived principles by which, with the essential enablement of the Holy Spirit, interpreters may interpret the Scriptures and thereby discern with objectivity their divinely-intended meaning. It takes the position that the Bible is exclusively the Word of God rather than a book jointly authored by God and the human Biblical writers. The Declaration addresses matters fundamental for an accurate understanding of Biblical interpretation, these including the perfections of God, a correct view of the Bible as the Word of God, the components and features of the immaterial creation, general and special revelation, that which distinguishes the Bible from all other writings, the primary role of the Holy Spirit in interpretation, and the distinction between prophecy and typology.
